The term pull focus has roots in cinematography. It’s a camera technique that keeps the right subject in focus, using either subtle or significant shifts in emphasis. A focus pull is where the camera zeros in and leads your attention to the right focal point. It’s also an apt metaphor for how to move forward with intentionality and precision, in business and in life.

Jenn Romney is a seasoned pathfinder, a life-changing coach, a razor-sharp question asker, a mindful decision maker, and a marketing magician. (These aren’t her words, they’re those of her clients.)

From her big brand experience, Jenn has mastered the art of building and sustaining brands and businesses for the long haul—and intuitively navigating times of change and turbulence. She excels at reading a room, real-time coaching, partnering with & aligning accomplished executive teams, establishing leadership agendas, and articulating an inspired narrative for the organization.
Her history with startups and venture capital enables her to ramp and contribute quickly, operate nimbly in less defined space, and activate the right strategy and growth plan—with an eye toward speed and optimization of limited resources. She does so while leaning into her executive coaching muscle with founders, in a way that helps to inspire, mentor and focus the team.
One of Jenn’s greatest rewards is that her work is entirely referral-based, with multi-year relationships and frequent repeat clients. She has a particular passion for mission-led organizations and purposeful tech that adds value to people’s lives and the world.
